Our community offers 24-hour online maintenance requests, an emergency maintenance hotline, online rental payments, and a resident portal. All Sherman Residential staff have an open door policy and welcome you to contact us or stop by any time.
The Station 40 team is here to provide all of the resources you need in one convenient location – accessible from anywhere. You can reach our office staff by phone during office hours, or call 24-hours for the maintenance team or courtesy officer.
